What kind of plastic material is the ClipCroc™ range made from?

All of our ClipCroc® range is made from 100% virgin grade Polypropylene Plastic. Polypropylene has unique properties making it extremely useful in crockery and cookware. It is lightweight, durable, has a polished ‘low energy surface’, is resistant to fatigue, tough yet flexible, heat resistant (Dishwasher safe), thermal resistant (able to withstand hot liquids such as soup/water), resistant to fats and almost all organic solvents. For these reasons it is perfect for use in a wide range of food storage, container, cookware and tableware products. In short; Polypropylene ticks all the boxes!

Is the ClipCroc® Range 'Australia Made'?

Yes. The design, packaging and manufacturing are 100% made in Australia. The WandsPro® office, based in the Innovation Center of the Sunshine Coast, where all the designing takes place is on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Our manufacturing and packaging partners are based in Brisbane, QLD.

Where is the ClipCroc® range manufactured?

All products are 100% manufactured locally in one of Australia’s leading Plastic Manufacturers in Brisbane, Australia.

Is the ClipCroc® range Food Grade?

Yes.

Is the ClipCroc® range Dishwasher safe?

Yes. ClipCroc® is 100% Dishwash safe. However, we’ve noticed that Dishwashers set at high temperatures may weaken the ClipCroc® ‘Clip’. This means dishwashed ClipCroc® products may not ‘clip’ as well to a non-dishwashed piece of ClipCroc®.

However, there is a solution! Simply put your complete ClipCroc® set in the dishwasher all together at the same time and, once dishwashed, the whole ClipCroc® set will ‘clip’ just perfectly again! You only need to complete this process once, ever.

Is the ClipCroc® range Freezer Safe?

Yes.

Is the ClipCroc® range Microwave Safe?

Yes. All ClipCroc® is safe for microwave use, however, like all plastics, the best practice is to avoid using plastic in your microwave for heating food and liquids. Intense microwave heating may distort the natural shape of your ClipCroc® and may cause natural fats and colours from your food to stain ClipCroc®. As such, we don’t recommend ClipCroc® microwave use.

Is the ClipCroc™ range BPA/Phthalate free?

Yes.

How many come in a pack?

All ClipCroc® sets are sold in packs of 4.

What colours are available?

ClipCroc® crockery comes in three great colours: Ice White, Midnight Black and Sky Blue.

Is this idea patented?

Yes. We have several patents pending on the ClipCroc® technology and design.

How should I care for my ClipCroc®?

We want to assure you we have manufactured the entire ClipCroc® range from only the highest quality virgin grade Polypropylene plastic. It is a food grade plastic that is Dishwasher, Freezer, Microwave safe and BPA/Phthalate free. Just like all other plastic crockery, we recommend that you do not leave it too close to a flame, campfire or any other hot source likely to burn the plastic.

Just like all plastics, whilst ClipCroc® is microwave safe, the use of high-temperature microwave heating may deteriorate the ‘clipping’ mechanism. Likewise, fats, sugars and other natural food colours may cause staining after microwave use. For these reasons, whilst ClipCroc® is microwave safe, we do not recommend it.

Must the crockery always be clipped together?

No. If you wish to stack the crockery loosely, it can be stored unclipped like any other crockery (great for once you’ve parked up your caravan on your holiday). Only by applying gentle pressure is the clip-

Does ClipCroc® come with a Returns policy and warranty?

Yes. We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase, therefore WandsPro® have a comprehensive returns and warranty policy to ensure guaranteed satisfaction. Please see below for our Returns policy.

Problems upon Receipt

Please thoroughly inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt. In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit or have not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your Order reference number. No claim for damage to or shortages of Goods may be made unless such claim is notified to us within 7 days of delivery.

No goods shall be returned for credit or adjustment without our prior written authorisation.

Returns

We know you are going to love ClipCroc® and other products by WandsPro® but you are welcome to return any unused, full price product, purchased from our web shop, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason with a money back guarantee.

In these cases, the returned product should be returned unused, in it’s original packaging and in its ‘as new’ condition including a copy of the receipt. Sale items can not be returned, except in the case of a warranty claim. After the 30 day period, we will repair or replace any defective units at no cost for up to a year following product delivery.

Returns Shipping

Should you be required to return a product to WandsPro® you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the return is due to an incorrect item, or you are making a warranty claim, we will reimburse you for your shipping costs to a maximum of $15.00 once we have assessed your returned goods. We will only reimburse shipping costs when you include an original receipt for the shipping cost with your return. You are responsible for packaging costs. WandsPro® is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit by third parties.

We suggest you register the package with Australia post for tracking purposes, as we can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive. Also, please allow up to 10 working days, once we receive the goods, to get the repaired or replaced product back out to you.

Used Items

We do not accept returns of used, opened or user damaged Goods. All returns must be fit for resale. Please contact us if you have a warranty claim for Goods that have been opened or used as per below warranty details.

Warranty

All WandsPro® products come with a full 12-month manufacturer’s warranty which ensures your products have been made to the highest quality. If, for any reason, you find your product to be defective we will gladly repair or replace, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty.

We want you to be thrilled with your WandsPro® products and enjoy them on all of your adventures. We Warrant: that all Goods are new, free from defects, of merchantable quality and conform to any specifications provided on our Website or in the Order Acknowledgement. This warranty is limited to replacement of parts which we agree are defective in material or workmanship and does not extend to claims for labour, expenses and other Consequential Loss or damage occasioned by such defect when in use.

WandsPro® is not liable for incidental or consequential damages as a result of mistreatment or excessive wear of the product. This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your WandsPro® products.

Cancellations of Orders

WandsPro® may, at our sole discretion, choose to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase has been mispriced, when we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances we deem appropriate.

Cancellation of Orders and Refunds/Returns

Cancellation before Order has been Shipped: Most items are available in stock and often ship within 24hrs. If you cancel your Order prior to shipping we will refund the full price and shipping costs.

Cancellation after product has been shipped or while in transit: If you cancel your Order after dispatch or during transit, a refund will be issued but you will be responsible for shipping costs including any taxes, duties, customs and excise. The Goods must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging and fit for re-sale.
